This is a fascinating larger sized Wheater bird. Most of the Wheater birds were made in a much smaller model but this model is measuring 18cm from beak to tail. On the last photo you can see it together with the small Wheater birds. Wheters were in production in year 1987-1990.
The pattern and color variation is huge among these marbled birds. They truly are individuals. This model is described on page 34 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
