This is an interesting unique white bird, unlike any of the usually seen birds.
It resembles somewhat the White Sandpiper from year 1993 when it comes to size and shape, but this bird clearly has a thicker white layer than the White Sandpiper and its swirls run differently and it does not have the strict feather pulls which are so typical for the White Sandpiper. So this bird is clearly different from the White Sandpiper in many ways. If it is a version of or a prototype for the White Sandpiper, then it definitely is a very relaxed version compared to the White Sandpiper.
There is a brownish linear discoloration at the attachment line of the head in this bird. Maybe because of this it is signed O.T. II Nuutajärvi? Check the close up views.
