This bird is the Pigeon on foot designed by famous professor Oiva Toikka that was in production in year 2008-2010.
It was hand made in Nuutajärvi Finland.
You find the bird on page 81 in the book "Birds by Toikka", on page 103 in the book "In Oiva's Wonderland" and on page 154 in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glassbirds"
This model is not often for sale.
