The delicate Mediator Dove was designed to honour the Annual Martti Ahtisaari day that was introduced in Finland in 2011 to remind of the importance of peace mediation processes at all levels. The Martti Ahtisaari day is on a weekday in November close to Martti's day and is paid attention to also in some schools in Finland.
Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka in 2011.
