The Jewelled Kiwi on the bright yellow foot is one of the most wanted of all Birds by Toikka. It was designed in year 2002, and hand made in the legendary glass factory in Nuutajärvi, Finland.
This one is a handsome collectors piece in original condition. It has deep red spots among blue, lilac and lustered spots on a white base color and a yellow foot. An intense blue beak and a bright red head.
Design by famous Professor Oiva Toikka. A numbered bird that is described on page 115 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
