This beautiful 12x12cm wall tile by Heljä Liukko-Sundström is rare.
Three plates were commissioned for Etelä-Savon Osuuspankki by
Heljä Liukko-Sundström. This one with the golden orioles at their nest was one of these, and it is called 'Pesämuna' in Finnish (= 'nest egg' translated into English). The other two plates are:
- Ringed seals on the shore - 'Norpat rannalla' in Finnish
- Water Lilies - 'Lumpeet' in Finnish
