Dipper (Koskikara in Finnish) was in production 1999-2004. It is designed by famous professor Oiva Toikka and was mouth blown in legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland.
The Dipper model is more seldom for sale lately.
We are happy to now have two Dippers available. The last picture shows both birds together. This bird is to the right in that picture.
The Dipper is presented in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds" on page 100.
Just as its model in real life, the white-throated dipper, also this bird has a white breast. The beak and head is black. The body in this cute little Dipper is dark brown with a grey tint.
