This is a Common Teal male bird with a beautiful green color. Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka and hand made in the legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland 1999-2009.
This bird has a minor irregular spot, a very tiny pit in the surface structure on the right wing.
This model is presented on page 101 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds".
The second last picture shows this bird together with its beutiful female soul mate. And in the last ones you also see this one together with our other male common Teal.
