The beautifully colored Blue Finch was produced in 2021-2022, for the US market only, by Iittala.
This bird has a very similar habitus to the Snow Finch, but is made of clear, intensive colored, almost turquoise blue glass, with opaque white spots. The head and tail are both of clear, colorless glass. This bird is larger than the Snow Finch.
It comes new in its original box.
It is described in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glassbirds" on page 203.
