Birger Kaipiainen (1915-1988) is one of the most successful and well known ceramic artists in Finland. His most famous designs were made at Arabia Ceramics factory.
The very popular Paradise series was designed in 1969 and in production 1970-74, and later it was reintroduced 1987-.
This large serving plate of the Paradise series is in a very good condition, with very minimal signs of wear. It is dishwasher and microwaveoven safe.
