This is the Rose cartoon Moomin mug from the early 90s. It was in production only 1990-1993 at Arabia in Finland.
This and the Green cartoon mug are the two most sought for 90's Moomin mugs.
This mug is as close to excellent you can come within the very good scale. You need magnifying glass to find signs of wear.
A real collector's piece!
