This is a special Dandy bird (Keikari in Finnish) that was made as a special edition only in year 2013. It is opaque red with wing and lustered hair and beak. Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka and hand made in legendary Nuutajärvi glass hut in Finland. The Dandy is rarely seen for sale nowadays.
The Dandy is described on page 174 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glass Birds".
