This is a handsome black bird made for Stockmann's 125 years Anniversary in year 1987. It was made in small numbers and is very rarely available for sale these days. This bird is numbered 341/500
It is illustrated in the new book "Toikan Lasilinnut - Toikka's Glassbirds" on page 37.
The design is by famous professor Oiva Toikka and the bird is hand made in Finland at the legendary glass factory in Nuutajärvi.
